ORDER PROCESSING

In most cases, orders will ship in 3-5 business days after receipt of order. Some orders may take an additional day or two to process. We are a small business with just couple folks pouring and packing orders, thank you for understanding and planning ahead! Please note that carriers don't pickup on Federal Holidays, so orders will be shipped the following day.

SHIPPING FEES

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. At this time we do not offer express or overnight shipping. We apologize that we do not ship outside of the US.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We want you to be completely sure about your purchase! You have the option to cancel your order in full or in part before your item/s ship. Please send us an email at 1207waxworks@gmail.com to request cancellation. 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We make candles of exceptional quality and we guarantee their performance when used according to safety instructions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of receipt to coordinate a return, refund or replacement. At this time we are not able to offer free return shipping other than in the case of a defective product.   

Returning Defective Product

We take extreme care in the production and delivery of our candles. In the case that your candle arrives damaged, we will make it right. Please reach out to us to begin the return process. We will refund your order in full or send replacements. We'll also cover return shipping.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

Give us a heads up via email (1207waxworks@gmail.com) and please provide your name, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

Once your return request has been accepted, we will reach out to you with further instructions.
